    Hi,

    I wonder if anyone can help. We are a SAAS business and we have a new client in Hong Kong which I need to invoice. The question is do I need to charge VAT on the sales invoice. Having spent the last couple of hours looking on HMRC website and other websites I really can’t find a clear answer.

    Services to customers outside the EU are do not  attract VAT – they are outside the scope of VAT
