    Dear sir/Madam,

    I have three questions to ask, please could you kindly help?

    1. reverse charge 

    My client accounts for Adobe bills as 20% only because they have not got ‘reverse charge facilities’.
    I have never heard of ’reverse charge facilities’. Is it right? 

    1. This client charged 0% VAT on the sales via ‘ Shopify Affiliate Programme’ 

    The Shopify Affiliate Program includes people who refer their entrepreneurial audience to Shopify. The program allows affiliates to monetize their audience and earn commissions from each new Shopify merchant referral.
    Is 0% VAT right?

    1. my client charge 0% VAT on the sales invoice for ‘trial product’ and ‘template’ and ‘giveaway pages’’ is it right? I am confused that if it is ‘giveaway’ then there should not be sales invoices?

    sorry – my advice is to get an accountant as you seem to have a number of issues wrong and possible errors on your reports.
