    Is it valid to claim my ownership share of VAT on a shared property expense – I am one of multiple owners – or do I need my own invoice? Can someone point me in the direction of the right section and provisions in the Code? Thanks

    You can ask the supplier to invoice your share. You need a valid invoice in your name to avoid any future issues with the VAT man.
