    My client operates in the telecoms sector. The company is negotiating with another UK company in the sector to buy wholesale SMS services with the intention of selling these SMS services wholesale to other telecoms companies. Whilst the majority of SMS services being acquired by company are for wholesale onward supply, it however does have one customer that uses the SMS services within the associated companies of the group.

    I have not dealt in wholesale telecommunications before. Could you kindly VAT treatment?
